New Features - The Xodo Toolbar (Progress Continues) 

A significant overhaul of the Xodo user interface, the new Xodo Toolbar introduces a transition from the classic ribbons layout to a more modern toolbar design.  As this toolbar is in progress with some features yet to come, users will continue to start with the ribbon UI by default.

• New Layout for Toolbar UI - In Xodo Toolbar mode, we have improved the workflow by moving document tabs above the toolbars, putting the action closer to the documents!  All the same navigation and movement features are in place.
• Dark Mode - The new Toolbar UI can now be enjoyed in Dark Mode!
• Tool Labels - Added labels for tools on the new Toolbar UI to improve feature findability.  A preference for this can be turned off for expert users.
• Form Features Added - Create and edit forms in the new Toolbar UI
• Security Features Added - Signature, security and timestamp features migrated to the new Toolbar UI
• Page Manipulation Features Added - Rearrange and add page marks in the new Toolbar UI
• Document Features Added - Edit content, perform OCR, and add redactions from the new Toolbar UI (In Progress)

Enhancements 

• Improved Nagivation of Toolbar UI - when the window size is reduced, you won't lose access to features with an overflow button to make sure everything is still accessible

Bug Fixes 

• Fixed a regression of a help symbol in the Document Security dialog
