• Customizable Ribbons- Design your own Ribbon toolbars for Xodo PDF Studio, so that you only have the tools you need!
  • Start with our full feature set, or use the import button to start from a Basic or Intermediate profile, or just start from scratch.
  • Add and rename Ribbons, and Groups on Ribbons, and then add buttons to those Groups.
  • Export and import your ribbon layouts to have different layouts for different work flows, or to copy your layout to another machine
  • Easy to return to the default Ribbons with a restore defaults button
• Tape Measuring Tool - A new tool to measure distances in your PDF without leaving a permanent annoation mark

Enhancements 

• (Windows) Easier Native Library Loading - Improved how the app loads critical files on Windows to prevent security issues and execution errors.  This makes the app more reliable, especially on restricted systems
• HEIC/HEIF images - added ability to use HEIC and HEIF image types when creating an Image Stamp, a Custom Stamp, or a Fast Sign from an image
• Improved Ribbon Interface - Group names are now displayed for better organization and visibility
• Optional Onboarding - User tips are now off by default. You can choose to view them from the Help ribbon

Bug Fixes 

• Google Drive - Resolved a "This app is blocked" error when trying to access Google Drive
• Chinese Translations - Fixed some incorrect translations for Chinese labels
• Bookmark View - Bookmarks set to Fit to Page now display correctly instead of defaulting to Fit to Width
• PDF Text Spacing Fix - Resolved an issue where the app failed to recognize spaces in specific documents, ensuring that text copy/page and editing will work correctly
• (Mac) Scanning - resolved an issue with scanning working on macOS 15.4.1 and 15.5
• Continuous Page View - resolved an issue with sometimes getting the wrong page number when performing operations on a page in continuous view
• (Linux) Dimension Dialog - resolved an issue where the minimize and close buttons were overlapping
• PDF Stamps - resolved an issue with placing PDF Stamps on a rotated page
• Document Specific - resolved an issue with a document that was prompting for an open password when it didn't have one
• Document Specific - resolved an error converting a document to PDF/A-2b
• Highlight fields - resolved an issue with the highlight fields toggle not working
• Fast Sign - fixed an issue where newly created Fast Signatures were not available on the Ribbon until restarting
• (Mac) resolved issue with having a duplicated preferences dialog when restoring defaults in Settings Manager
