Creating PDFs

There are many ways to create a PDF file in Xodo PDF Studio.

File Tab

Under File Tab > Create, you will find the following options:

From Image: Converts a Single Image File to PDF using any of the Supported Files Types

From MS Office: Converts Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint files to PDF from the Supported Files Types

From Multiple Files: Merges/Converts Multiple Files at once to create a single PDF 

From Scanner: Launches the Scanning Dialog to create a new PDF

New Document: Creates a Blank PDF with no content

 

Convert Tab

Under Convert Tab on the toolbar you will find the following options:

From Image: Create PDF from one of the supported image file types *png, *jpg, *jpeg, *jpe, *gif, *tif & *tiff. (Image To PDF settings are in the Preferences Dialog)

From Office: Create PDF from Word, Excel & PowerPoint files (Office to PDF font settings are in the Preferences Dialog)

From Multiple Files: Merges/Converts Multiple Files at once to create a single PDF 

From AutoCAD (DWG): Convert AutoCAD files to PDF

 

Drag and Drop

Supported file types can be drag and dropped directly onto Xodo PDF Studio to convert the file to PDF.
