How to Automatically Detect Form Fields
- Open your PDF document in Xodo PDF Studio
- In the top menu bar, click on the "Forms" tab.
Select
Detect Fields Xodo PDF Studio will analyze your document and automatically create the form fields. A progress bar will show you the status.
Once the analysis is complete, a "Save As" dialog box will appear.
Choose a location and file name for your new fillable PDF.
The document will then reopen, allowing you to make any further edits using the form editor.
Tips for Best Results
- While Xodo PDF Studio is highly accurate, you may need to make minor adjustments to the detected fields using the form editor.
