Use the options from the Watermarks tab to include a digital watermark to a PDF document. Digital watermarks are embedded into a document to provide copyright protection.
To Select Watermark Settings
- Using the application's printer dialog select Xodo PDF from the printer name list.
- Click "Properties" to view additional settings
- Go to the Watermarks tab and select from the below options
- Click OK to apply the settings before generating the PDF
Available Options
Use Watermarks - To set the position of the watermark and its format (text string or external PDF document). Use the following options:
- Location: To display the watermark above or below the page content.
- Simple text: To enter a custom text string. Select a Font name, Orientation (in degrees), Horizontal, and Vertical position.
- External PDF Document: To merge an external PDF (such as a letter head, footer, logo, etc.) with the output document.
- Print watermark on first page only: To display the watermark only on the first page of the output document or if the option is unselected, on every page.
