Tools Preferences

The Tools Preferences section contains all of the tool settings for Xodo PDF Studio.

To open the Tools Preferences dialog:

1. 1. Go to File Tab > Preferences
   2. Select Tools from the panel on the left of the preferences dialog to view or modify these preferences.

Settings

General

Make hand tool use mouse-wheel zooming - When checked changes the mouse wheel behavior from scrolling the document to zooming in / out of the document.

Active Tools

Default Tool - Default tool to be used when opening a new document or using the Esc key to exit an active tool.

Keep current tool active for newly opened documents - When checked the currently active tool will remain active when opening a new file.

Snapshot

Save As - When selected, the snapshot taken will save an image to the file system.

• Format: format of the image file to be saved (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF)
• Folder:The destination directory to store the snapshots

Always Show Dialog - choose to always show the dialog to select the image format and save location when taking a snapshot.
