Merge Layers

Xodo PDF Studio allows you to merge multiple layers into a single target layer. All content belonging to the selected layers will become part of the target layer. This can be used to join similar layers together to reduce the number of layer options in the document.

How to Merge Layers in a PDF

1. Access the layers pane by clicking the Layers button on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the Options button and select Merge Layers
3. Select one or more layers to merge from the "Layers to merge" list.
   • Hold down SHIFT or Ctrl (⌘ on Mac) to select multiple layers.
4. In the "Target Layer" list, select the layer you wish to merge the layers selected in step #3 into
