Manage Actions

Use the Manage Actions tool to view the list of available actions and modify any existing actions if needed. You can edit, rename, copy, export/import actions from the action manager dialog.

How to Edit an Action

1. Go to File Tab > Action Wizard and click on Manage Actions
2. In the following dialog select the action you wish to modify and choose from one of the options

Edit Action Options

Edit - Opens the action editor to make changes to the sequence or action settings

Rename - Change the action name or description

Copy - Creates a duplicate of the action appending " (Copy)" to the name. You can then edit/rename the new copy as needed

Remove - Deletes the action

Move Up - Used to rearrange the order of the actions by moving the selected action up the list

Move Down - Used to rearrange the order of the actions by moving the selected action down the list

Export - Exports the selected action to move to another device or share with others

Import - Allows you to import a previously exported action (only supports Xodo PDF Studio action files)
