Converting PowerPoint© to PDF

Xodo PDF Studio can convert PowerPoint© documents to PDF. Only the .pptx (PowerPoint 2007© and later) extensions are supported. By default fonts within the PowerPoint document will be embedded into the created PDF. If you wish to change these options see Fonts Preferences.

 

Instructions:

Using the Welcome Screen

  1. Launch Xodo PDF Studio
  2. Using the Welcome Screen click on the From MS Office option under "Create PDF"
  3. Navigate to the PowerPoint© file (*pptx) you wish to covert and click "Open"

From the Toolbar

  1. Go to Convert Tab > From MS Office
  2. Navigate to the PowerPoint© file (*pptx) you wish to covert and click "Open"

From the File Tab

  1. Go to File Tab > Create > From MS Office
  2. Navigate to the PowerPoint© file (*pptx) you wish to covert and click "Open"

Drag and Drop

  1. Drag and drop the PowerPoint© file (*pptx) you wish to covert directly onto Xodo PDF Studio to convert the file to PDF.

 

Upon opening the file, Xodo PDF Studio will automatically convert the document to a PDF document that you can then save as new PDF document.
