Please be aware that the action of deleting your account is irreversible and we will not be able to recover your account after its deletion.
If you are looking to delete your entire Xodo account and data associated with the account, you will need to log in to xodo.com via a desktop browser.
If you're using our mobile app with a subscription from the App Store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), please cancel your subscription in the app stores before deleting your Xodo account to avoid any future charges.
Delete your Xodo account
1. Log in to xodo.com.
2. Click on the upper right profile icon to access the dropdown menu, and select "Settings".
3. Once you access your Account Settings, click on the "Delete Account" button at the bottom right of the page.
4. Confirm the account deletion by selecting the "Delete Account" button once again.
Type of data deleted with your Xodo account
Your account and the associated data will be deleted right away without any additional retention period. This action is irreversible. Type of data deleted includes but not limited to:
- Xodo Drive files
- Personal information such as email, first name and last name
