Stylus and Fingers

As requested by users we've changed what you can do with your fingers when working with stylus:

After you open the annotation toolbar and start using stylus, fingers cannot be used anymore for creating annotations, rather, fingers can be used for whatever you can do in viewing mode such as scrolling, zooming, selecting, moving and adjusting annotations until the annotation toolbar is closed.
