Managing files on the bookshelf

Your bookshelf is where you can keep files that you want to be able to access later. Documents that you open on the OPEN FILE tab aren't added to the bookshelf automatically, so if you want a document to be on your bookshelf, you'll have to add it directly. Once a document is on your bookshelf, you can access it from your smartphone, laptop, tablet, or wherever else you sign into your Xodo account. There is currently no storage limit for the bookshelf.

Adding a file to your bookshelf

1. From the BOOKSHELF tab, click the Add File button. You can upload a file from your computer or a file from Google Drive or Dropbox by accessing the drop-down menu.

You can also drag and drop files to the bottom right corner of your screen, which will turn blue when it is ready to receive files.

2. Once the document is finished uploading, you'll see a thumbnail preview of the document on your bookshelf. You can change the size of document thumbnails by using the Grid Size slider.

Deleting a file from your bookshelf

1. From the BOOKSHELF tab, click the document you want to delete.

2. Click the Deleteicon.

3. Confirm the warning message.
