I have been using the default colour scheme on the windows app and the background suddenly changed from a darker grey to now nearly a bright white.

The new colour is doesn't contrast much with pdfs and makes it very distracting. Is there a way to change it back to grey?

I just signed up for a Xodo account, but have not received a verification email. I tried several times and still have not received a verification email. Where can I get help?

I don't trust these Android apps and their "Start Free Trial" buttons, so I don't want to presss that button. But I can't seem to find any information online about how much it will actually use cost to be able to customise the toolbar (which is all I really want to do).

Hello everyone.
I'm facing an issue while opening PDF from Dropbox. During the annotation, it seems that xodo tries to save the changes on the original file, but this creates a CONFLICTED COPY and a new file in Dropbox.
Any idea why this is happening? Any solution to this?

All of sudden all my files open as read only. Internal and SD card storage. Android Galaxy S 6 lite

I am using android tablet: huawei mediapad m5 lite.
It seem to me that after having certain number of images within the pdf editor, the xodo app will crash without warning, particually right after importing another new image or doing operations on a newly imported image.
when that happens, I have to restart xodo and re import the image again.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hi, when I open PDF file using XODO Pdf Reader from my Android app (written in Ionic framework), it opens within the app.

If I use another PDF app, it opens outside of the app.

Is it possible to somehow configure XODO and/or change the app so that the PDF opens outside of the app with XODO?

On Android, if you open multiple files, reaccessing a tab after several hours results in a permission error:
"Access permission error: try to open this file from the original location again"

This has been the case for as long as I can remember. The app has storage permission. How to solve this?

I have the boox note air and the galaxy tab s7+.
I use both. The former for highlighting, the latter for writing.
However, recently I found my highlights to contain chinese signs in place of random letters of words of my highlights...both in the highlights overview, and the exported highlights. Any fixes?

Hello I wanted to ask a quick question since I couldn't find any related topic... How do you reorder your documents? I don't mean reordering pages in your document, BUT adjusting the order of your documents - for example I sometimes have 10+ documents open and I can't find an option to change their order by just dragging them to left or right... I tried to search for such option in the settings, yet to no avail. Does anyone have an idea for a solution?

I have a samsung tab s6 lite, s6 and a s4. Recently, I found that the xodo app in my tab s6 lite has been updated to 7.0. However, my tab s6 and tab s4 can only installed up to 5.0.22. Can my other two tablets also install the newer version of the app?

I seem to be accidentally "grabbing" the text box/highlighting from my previous handwritten notes when I go to write again, but this is getting annoying and tedious, especially when writing longer handwritten notes in the margins. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks so much!

On Android, it seems like the default setting for saving files is to ONLY upload / save when connected to Wifi.

I've got no data limit on my plan and I do a lot of marking up via Android when I'm on the road.

Is there any setting in Xodo Android I can alter so that the files will ALWAYS save, despite the nature of the current connection? So that, despite being Wifi or cellular - the files will ALWAYS upload and never wait upon saving on Android.
