Undo/Redo feature for any type of edit you make
The ability to undo/redo like in Microsoft word, like when highlighting, underlining, typing text. Of course you could hold finger on annotation for a few seconds and press delete but that's a hassle.
The freehand option has this option but that's only when you are in "drawing mode".
I imagine this will get tricky since it automatically saves every 30 seconds...
Thank you for your feedback! Undo/Redo is now available in Google Play Store \o/ !
Thanks for using Xodo and for taking the time to let us know how to make it even better.
Hello, Xodo app creators.
I am new installer on my Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
While the App has some great looks and nice tools, I have two major shortcommings.
When viewing a document which was created in landscape mode, I must select "view" and then "rotate clockwise" to get the orientation to appear upright on my display.
Now when I select a text insert or annotation, once done with the text input, the newly input text automatically rotates itself to the original orientation rather than to the orientation as being viewed.
This makes the program (excuse me, I'm older,( it makes the APP)), unusable.
Also, I strongly agree with nearly every other poster that an UNDO function is absolutely necessary to take the application seriously..
I am willing to pay reasonable cost for effective and useful apps. I think your on the right track, but these are serious needs to complete your good work.
example accidently highlighting text in a document, I can not un-highlight that text now, only make it bigger or smaller, but not just select undo.
Thanks, good luck
2025th user: i also want an undo funktion for the whole last edit
please be a little bit faste. i dont want to wait until the 3165th user will say the same :-)

Pretty incredible that there is no undo option. My search continues!
Try this: Easily resize any highlight, underline, or strikeout after you made it
Did your finger slip before you were done highlighting a sentence? Realized while reviewing your notes that you should have underlined the entire paragraph instead of just a few words?
Relax! You don’t have to delete and start over. As James points out, there’s an easy way to fix it in Xodo.“If you make a highlight, and then tap to select it, you can use the text selection handles to resize it. Cool!”
The text selection handles – also sometimes called cursors – are the dots that appear at the far ends of an annotation when you select it. Hold and drag them to resize any highlight, underline, or strikeout.

HOW IN THE WORLD HAS UNDO STILL NOT BEEN ADDED!?!?
Even highlighting in white color does not work well for a sentence highlighted in yellow color by mistake. I also desperately request the remove function for highlight.
It seems unbeliveale that there is not an UNDO feature. It would be the perfect app other than that. I am spending more time trying to undo than actually being productive.
There needs to be some way of erasing what you've done, whether it's an undo or actual eraser.
This would be helpful
It would be so wonderful to undo an erase command or something like that.
Would also be great if s-pen button toggled the undo
Undo/redo function. Like in word doc.
This should be the number one priority. Please add this feature.

Great app but I must agree with previous comments. Without undo feature there is no way I will use or recommemd this app. Please update.
try toolbar creator for Win
Hi, desperately need an undo-button also for the eraser. After a lot of writing and editing the eraser just run through all of it because of some pen malfunction. No chance to get it back. Grrrrr

I love this app, but it's worthless without an undo option. PLEASE IMPLEMENT

Please implement this! Without being able to undo, there's little advantage to using Xodo for PDF annotation over ezPDF (and I would PREFER to use Xodo)...
I also found that i could not undo a strikeout. Would it be possible to implement an undo stack? Otherwise, xodo is a very nice tool!
