Improve Highlighter Interface - allow simultaneous scrolling and highlighting
you need to toggle the scroll (hand) switch to shift between scroll mode and highlight mode. this tends to get cumbersome. compare this with Adobe pdf reader, which does this without the need for a switch.

I agree with this. I want to scroll with my hands, while using the pen to highlight! I also want to use the pen eraser tool to delete highlights. It is also nice if the eraser tool can eraser strokes and not just an area!
