Vertical Scrolling as Default
I would love if you provided an option to have the default setting for new PDFs set to 'Vertical Scrolling', rather than Horizontal Scrolling. I know that you can choose this option in the menu bar, but having to do so every time you open a new PDF is tedious considering this would be such a quick fix

Yup me too. I am normally opening PDFs under pressure on a tablet on a stage for music and the less touches the better!

I also request a persistent setting for verticle scroll in Xodo docs. Although I've been asked (by xodo) whether I would like to switch to verticle scrolling, when xodo notices me attempting to scroll down below the current page, I've since been unable to find the verticle-scroll setting in xodo menus. Perhaps that's a quirk of Xodo on android or the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 (a new environment for me), but I'll keep looking for it.

I cannot believe this is intended behaviour. If I set vertical scrolling on, I'm supposed to having to re-activate it every time I open a pdf?? Guess I had a bug that made Xodo remember that setting, lol.

right, vertical scrolling on permanent basis is the only missing feature that prevents me from using the program on a permanent basis. Greatly appreciate, if this could be fixed. Thanks

This one is the only feature (or, I would say lack of a feature) that separates Xodo from being the best PDF reader ever made.
