Option to disable the black POP-UP from appearing everytime you create a highlight or underline. It should appear when a comment is seleted.
Whenever you highlight or underline a section of text, (or create any new comment) the black pop-up with the options is shown. When studying, and heavily using highlight or underlining, the constant flickering of the pop-up is distracting, obtrusive (specially for smaller tablets) and unnecessary, since creating a comment dos not mean you instantly need to edit some aspect of it. It even causes the user to sometimes mistakenly hit the "exclude", "copy" or another undesired option when fast taping outside just to make the pop-up disappear so you can continue marking the text. I do believe this pop-up should appear only when solicited to edit an instance of comment (I.e: touching/clicking an already created highlight or underline to change its color, delete it, etc), and that should be the standard behavior. But if you firmly believe the current one is the normal expected behavior (I strongly think not) then at least an option to fix it for students that need to focus on what they are reading and marking doing should do the trick.
BOTTOM LINE: option to prevent the black pop-up from appearing when a comment is created, only appearing when explicitly SELECTING an instance of comment.

There is an option 'Auto select annotations' in settings, which, once you turn off, your issue will be solved
