How can we make Xodo even better?

Avoiding too many cooks (or unwanted ones)

Still very new to XODO but from what I've seen so far, if I send an invite to a new or unregistered user (John and Jane), they can comment and markup without creating an account and it still captures comments by their respective names (which is fantastic). And while the "SHARE" button is removed from the tool bar, if John simply copies and pastes the URL to share with an uninvited user (Frank), that user can view and comment on the PDF, but it tags those comments as John. I'm assuming the same would be true for someone forwarding on the initial invite email message. Is there anyway to set limits to sharing to invited participants? Or keep a sensitive document protected.

As you've seen, currently documents use link based security to control who can access them. We're actually working right now on revamping how this works, allowing other types of security besides just link based. We don't have a timeline yet for when this will be completed, but stay tuned!
