How can we make Xodo even better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  3. On-prem cloud and MobileIron AppConnect wrapping

    I'm very impressed with the near seamless integration of multiple annotation abilities with Xodo. However, I was wondering if you are considering an on-premises cloud solution (such as Acronis) and MobileIron app wrapping for Android and iOS. Unfortunately, we have judges working on very secure and confidential documents, and are not allowed to use standard commercial cloud solutions and all data must remain in-house if and until released for public statement. I'd love to get in contact with someone from Xodo to discuss what we'd like to see, so I could bring the product to my management and present something…

  4. about your menu on the website

    there's an inconsistency on this page http://blog.xodo.com/ the option to Contact Us isnt like in the other pages than is called About Us, is just an stetic thing

  5. create an overview page of the whole document

    overview page where I can quickly see all pages of the current document in small, select a page, change the order, delete pages, etc.

  7. Speech Bubbles semi-transparent

    Can you please change Text Boxes/Speech Bubbles to semi-transparent (a simple bit-count change, if I'm correct)?
    Preferably with options for, say, 25% 50% 75% 100% opacity.

  10. closing notes

    when you want to close a note after viewing you mast tap on save. It would be better to tap outside the box to make the notes to disappear

  11. Disable annotation smoothing for styluses (disable post processing)

    When using a stylus, hand written annotations get smoothed in a post processing step which can deform text and render it nit legible. Provide option to disable this effect for better stylus handling.

  12. ability to open several documents at the same time

    Sometimes one has to switch between documents, or between different pages of the same documents - it would be great if one could keep at least two documents open when annotating them

  14. continuous ink feature

    I like the "ink" option, although I would like a more continuous use of the feature. Right now every time I lift my finger it automatically stops and I have to do it again, instead of letting me complete my "inking" on the document and then clicking a done button. I don't use the "signature" area as I get many different people to initial my document in person and a continuous "ink" option is what I would need.

  15. Eraser for Notes (Windows)

    I just started using you. Windows 8 app. So far I really like it. It's very fast when going thru a PDF. One feature I wish would be incorporated is an eraser for ink notes. Unless I'm missing something, the only way to correct an error is to delete an entire section of notes. An eraser would be more user friendly.

    Thank you for your suggestion! The eraser tool is now available in the Xodo for Windows app. If you’d like to see the eraser tool in another platforms such as iOS, please submit your suggestion with the desired platform in the title.

  17. Quick reading bookmarks (Separated from book's outline bookmarks)

    Separate the bookmarks into to tabs: Quick reading bookmarks, and Outline bookmarks. This will separate my personal bookmarks while reading from the book's outline bookmarks.
