I often take quick screengrabs for annotations but theres not a feature that skips the clunky steps of ~pick a folder~ ~name the image~ ~find the upload image button~ ~load files~ ~find folder~ ~pick image~ ~click insert~ ~delete image later~
Sure would be nice to skip all that nonsense!

multi-select tool isn't working....and the xodo app is shutting down

The recent update changed the background color to a bright off-white color. For users used to the dark/gray theme of Windows, this is a very big deal hehe. Although there's an option for Color Mode, it changes BOTH the pdf and background.

When Xodo is moved across displays with different DPI (different scaling set in Windows), the text get slightly blurry. It would be great to be able to move the app to a different display without reloading it.

Like in Edge, we should be able to adjust how the page is scaled to the paper when printing.
Currently, Xodo adds margins when printing, which deforms the original document, and we cannot remove them...
Please introduce this setting in the printing box.

Have a couple of saved signature options, ie. signature + intials

Make a large PRINT button on the permanent (or even customizable) Toolbar rather than in drop down options.

Keep the selected printing prefs (eg. 2 sided, long edge, etc.) for all printing until app is closed (then revert to default settings)

Have 2-sided printing on long edge (probably the most common type) as a check box easily accesible in main printing area rather than in Additional Options

Have both All and Range selection box visible and selectable rather than clunky drop down list

When the mouse hover on the zone of the highlight/underline text, auto display the note if it exists note.

Similar to iPadOS's ability to choose between object and pixel erasers (complete stroke erasing vs partial), I would love this to be a feature on the Windows 10 version. Xodo would be the best app on the marketplace if it had this ability. This is the only thing I am missing on the app and the sole thing keeping me from it. Otherwise it works very well.

It would also be nice to be able to assign shortcuts to pen functions for selecting multiple strokes or switching to an eraser or different color.

Can we please have measurement tools like on the iPad and Android versions.... for Windows?

I frequently use Xodo to open PDFs with sensitive and confidential data and would not like to have file links automatically stored in the Recent Document section.

It prevents from accidently close the tab if you're trying to open it and click on the x instead. When you have a lot of tabs open, the x button takes up most of the tab space so it's easy to misclick. Same implementation as chrome.

Keyboard shortcut to open last closed tab. Sometimes I just want to open a tab and click on the x instead by accident. If you have a lot of tabs open or if you work in split screen the x button takes up most of the tab space and it's easy to click on it and accidently close the tab instead of opening it.

The 2019 model of the surface pro stylus does not seem to have any functionality in Xodo for its side button. Many drawing and annotating apps bind the lasso tool to this button. It is the #1 reason why I am hesitant to use Xodo as my main app for taking notes.
